How can I place an order on IID?


Placing an order on IID is easy, with a few clicks, you can choose and add to your cart all the products you want. Access the list of selected items and the shopping cart through the icon at the top right (present in the header of the website), here you can find the items you have added to your cart, click on the button "view cart" to view the summary of the order, do not worry, you can always change and review the list of items you have selected and then proceed to purchase. To complete the order and the purchase of products are required some data necessary to make shipments, such as address, name and surname and other information such as tax code or VAT if you want to receive an invoice. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and can have different amounts depending on the location, the presence of promotional and seasonal offers, or subject to discounts and promotional codes (Click here for more details > sales contract) By clicking on the "Buy" button, your order will be prepared and carefully packed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email and an email containing the shipping information and tracking number generated by the courier. (Click here for more details > Shipping > Sales contract) To complete the purchase, select your preferred payment method, PayPal, credit card, you can also pay by bank transfer, in this case you will receive an email with all the details of the payment.




Modify or cancel your order


It will not be possible to modify the order online once the payment has been made, it is however possible to contact Customer Service (write to customercare@innovativeinteriordesign.com) and ask to cancel or modify the order or part of it. Cancellation of the order cannot be made if the order has already been produced (in the case of custom and made-to-measure products), it is also not possible to modify or cancel the order if it has already been shipped, (you will have to activate the return procedure request, click here for more information> returns and refunds)

Shipping


For all orders received, delivery is guaranteed within 10 working days from the date of purchase, for the Italian territory, for deliveries in the EU 15 working days. It is possible to ask IID to pick up the order at our premises, defining times and modes of transport.




Returns and refunds, right of withdrawal


IID will only accept orders to be delivered in the Italian territory. AMR undertakes to deliver the goods, by courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of the order, within 45 days from the time AMR sends the order confirmation e-mail to the CUSTOMER if the payment has already been made by the CUSTOMER; in any case AMR undertakes to deliver the goods within 45 days from the time of the effective payment of the products. Upon receipt of the goods, the CUSTOMER is required to check their integrity; if the CUSTOMER has any doubts about the integrity of the goods, he/she must indicate this on the delivery receipt, stating written reservation or breakage of the package and not withdraw the broken package, returning it to the courier. For each order placed on the website www.innovativeinteriordesign.it, AMR will issue an invoice for the goods shipped. The invoice will be sent by ordinary mail or by e-mail. The invoice will contain all the information provided by the CUSTOMER during the purchase procedure. After the invoice has been issued, it will no longer be possible to make any changes to the data indicated on the invoices.




Safe shopping


This site is secure, uses SSL protocols and in the address bar you will find the padlock that confirms that the site is certified internationally. With regard to payments by credit cards, the site uses PayPal, one of the major gateways in the world for online payments. Through PayPal you can make payments with all the most used credit, debit and prepaid cards of the Visa, Visa Electron, PostePay, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Aura, with funds from your account if you already have a PayPal account and with the PayPal card. Security is guaranteed by the advanced technology used with data encryption on SSL secure servers.
