General Provisions


These conditions of sale have exclusive effect between the company AMR SRL, with registered office in 31041 Pederobba (Treviso), via Cavasotta 20/a (hereinafter referred to as AMR) and any person (hereinafter referred to as the "CUSTOMER") who makes purchases on line on the website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, modified by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014 and by Legislative Decree 70/2003, regarding electronic commerce.

These conditions may be subject to modifications and the date of publication of the same on the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force.


ARTICLE 1 – Object of the contract



The contract, which is concluded exclusively through the internet, has as its object the remote sale, by AMR to the CUSTOMER, of the products published and offered for sale  on the website, where the name of the property offered for sale, the certifications and the essential characteristics of the same are expressly indicated, described and presented in the most exhaustive way possible. 

The photographs and representations of the products presented on do not constitute a contractual element, but must only be understood as representative, as the published product may appear, in terms of characteristics and colors, different from reality, also depending on the monitor used by the CUSTOMER.

Therefore, AMR does not guarantee the perfect reproduction of the products on the website.

The data  and the characteristics of the products offered for sale on the site may be subject to changes or updates, but any changes will be communicated to the CUSTOMER at the time of order confirmation, which will be sent by AMR via email to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER.

The customer undertakes to read, before proceeding with the confirmation of his order, these general conditions of sale, in particular the pre-contractual information provided by AMR and to accept them by placing a flag in the indicated box.

In the order confirmation e-mail, the CUSTOMER will also receive the link to download and archive a copy of these general conditions of sale, as required by art. 51 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.


ARTICLE 2 – Pre-contractual information for the consumer pursuant to art. 49 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code)



Before concluding the purchase contract, the CUSTOMER examines the characteristics of the products, which are illustrated in the individual product sheets at the time of choice 

Before validating the order with "payment obligation", AMR provides the CUSTOMER, in accordance with the provisions of Article 49 of the Consumer Code, the following information:

- main characteristics of the asset, indicated in the product sheet;

- identity of the seller, as well as address and contact details: the CUSTOMER can at any time and in any case before the conclusion of the contract take note of the information relating to AMR, such as the geographical address, the telephone and fax number, the address of email.

- total price of the goods including taxes, with details of shipping costs and any other costs;

-terms of payment;

- term within which AMR undertakes to deliver the goods;

- conditions, terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal, set out in article 7 of these conditions, as well as the possibility of exercising this right using the model withdrawal form referred to in Annex I, part B of Legislative Decree 206 /2005, as well as the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized;

- information that the CUSTOMER will have to bear the cost of returning the products in case of withdrawal;

-existence of the legal guarantee of conformity for the products purchased.


ARTICLE 3 – Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract


It is possible to conclude the contract exclusively through the internet, by accessing the CUSTOMER at the address and placing a purchase order according to the procedure set forth on the site itself.

In particular, the sales contract is considered concluded with the sending by AMR to the CUSTOMER of an e-mail confirming the order. The e-mail contains the CUSTOMER's data and the order number, the price of the goods purchased, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent.

The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the correctness of the personal data contained therein and to promptly notify AMR of any corrections.

AMR will deliver the product to the CUSTOMER within 45 days from the sending by AMR itself of the order confirmation e-mail to the CUSTOMER, provided that the payment has already taken place.

If payment is made later, for example by bank transfer, the 45-day term will start from the CUSTOMER's actual receipt of payment for the products.


ARTICLE 4 - Availability of products


The availability of the products refers to the effective one at the time the CUSTOMER places the order. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of several users on the site, the products could be sold to other CUSTOMERS before the order is confirmed. 

Even after sending the order confirmation e-mail sent by AMR, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this eventuality, AMR will contact the CUSTOMER, taking steps to agree on the most suitable solution together. If, in the latter case, there is no possibility of reaching an agreement, the CUSTOMER may request the cancellation of the order, resolving the contract and AMR will reimburse any amount already paid within 14 days from the day on which AMR became aware of the customer's decision to terminate the contract.


ARTICLE 5 - Prices


All sales prices of the products indicated on the website are expressed in Euros and include VAT. 

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the purchase process before payment is made.

The CUSTOMER accepts AMR's right to change its prices at any time; in any case it is understood that the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time the order is created and indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent by AMR to the CUSTOMER.

In the event of an IT, manual, technical or any other kind of error which involves a substantial change, not foreseen by AMR, of the public sale price, such as to make it exorbitant or clearly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and consequently will be cancelled; any amount paid by the CUSTOMER will be refunded within 14 days from the day of cancellation.


ARTICLE 6 – Methods of payment


Each payment by the CUSTOMER can only be made by Paypal, credit cards indicated on the website,  or bank transfer.

The communications relating to the payment and the data communicated by the CUSTOMER at the time the payment is made, will be made on special protected lines.


ARTICLE 7 – Right of withdrawal


Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from when the same, or a third party appointed by him, received the product and in case of purchase of several products delivered separately but included in one order, since you received the last product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must inform AMR srl of the decision, with registered office in  31040 Pederobba (TV), Via Cavasotta 20/A, by sending an explicit declaration or using the withdrawal form referred to in Annex I part B of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.

To respect the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal or the form completed in its entirety, before the expiry of the withdrawal period by means that allow the certain date to be identified.

In the event of a valid withdrawal exercise, the payments made by the customer will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from the consumer's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by AMR), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from AMR's receipt of the notice of withdrawal. These refunds will be made by bank transfer or postal order. 

The refund may be suspended until the goods are received and checked or until the CUSTOMER demonstrates that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.

If the product has been delivered, the CUSTOMER must return it intact in its original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation, to AMR srl with registered office in  31040 Pederobba (TV) , Via Cavasotta 20/A, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal was communicated. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period has expired. 

The direct costs for returning the goods will be borne by the CUSTOMER.

Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, AMR will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days but, as provided for by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, AMR may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the CUSTOMER demonstrates that he has returned the goods to AMR.

Pursuant to art. 59 letter c) of the Consumer Code, the CUSTOMER's right of withdrawal of products made to measure or clearly personalized is expressly excluded.


ARTICLE 8 – Legal guarantee of conformity


In case of receipt of products that do not comply with the orders or are damaged, the CUSTOMER has the right to restore the conformity of the product without charge by repairing or replacing it.

The CUSTOMER can exercise this right if the defect occurs within two years of delivery of the goods and reports the defect to AMR within two months of discovery.


ARTICLE 9 - Method of delivery


AMR will only accept orders to be delivered in the Italian territory. AMR undertakes to deliver the goods, by courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of the order, within 45 days from the sending by AMR of the order confirmation e-mail to the CUSTOMER if the payment has already been carried out by the CUSTOMER; in any case AMR undertakes to deliver the goods within 45 days of the actual payment of the products.

Upon receipt of the goods, the CUSTOMER is required to verify their integrity; if the CUSTOMER has doubts about the integrity of the same, he must indicate it on the delivery receipt, indicating written reserve or broken package and not collect the broken package, returning it to the courier.

For every order placed on the website, AMR will issue an invoice for the goods shipped. 

The invoice will be sent by ordinary post or by e-mail.

The invoice will contain all the information provided by the CUSTOMER during the purchase procedure.

After the invoice has been issued, it will no longer be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in the invoice.


ARTICLE 10 -  Liability


AMR is not responsible for any damage caused, whether material, immaterial or physical, which may result from a defect or misuse of the marketed products.

In any case, AMR's liability will be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be claimed for simple errors or omissions which may have occurred despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.

AMR will not be liable to a buyer or a third party for any indirect damage, loss, profit or turnover occurring in any way whatsoever, even if they were reasonably foreseeable by AMR.

Without limiting the previous clauses, AMR's liability according to these general conditions cannot exceed a sum equal to the sums paid or to be paid for the transaction giving rise to said liability, whatever the cause or form of the action in question.

AMR cannot be held liable for breach of contract in the event of stock failures or unavailability of the product, force majeure, even when dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the internet, or unforeseeable circumstances in the event that it is unable to execute the order on schedule, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communication, flood or fire. goods, in case of delay in delivery or damage to the same.

In the event of a dispute, the CUSTOMER must contact the seller to obtain an amicable solution.



ARTICLE 11 - Access to the site


The CUSTOMER has the right to access the site for consultation and purchases. No other use, especially commercial, of the site or its content is permitted. The integrity of the elements of the site, whether audio or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of AMR and are protected by intellectual property law.


ARTICLE 12 – Cookies


The website uses cookies, i.e. electronic files that record information relating to the CUSTOMER's browsing on the site (for example, pages consulted, date and time of consultation, etc.) and which allow AMR to offer a personalized service to their customers.

AMR informs the customer of the possibility of disabling the creation of such files by accessing its internet configuration menu. It is understood that the deactivation of cookies will prevent the CUSTOMER from proceeding with the online purchase.

ARTICLE 13 – Provision and processing of personal data


AMR collects personal data for the exclusive purpose of registering the CUSTOMER and activating the procedure to execute his order.

The processing of the CUSTOMER's personal data is carried out by AMR in full compliance with the regulations on the subject provided for by EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), the rules on the processing of Italian personal data and the provisions of the Authority of Italian control.

The CUSTOMER gives his consent to the processing of personal data for the fulfillment of the order and for receiving the newsletter.

ARTICLE 14 – Integrity


These general conditions of sale consist of all the clauses that compose it. If one or more provisions of these general conditions of sale is considered invalid or declared as such pursuant to the law, regulation or following a decision by a court having jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to have full force and effect.


ARTICLE 15 - Applicable law and competent court


These General Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law.

Pursuant to art. 66-bis Consumer Code, for civil disputes that may arise in relation to the contract concluded between CUSTOMER and AMR, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction lies with the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State.
