How can I place an order on IID?

Placing an order on IID is simple, with just a few clicks, you can choose and add all the products you want to your cart. Access the list of selected items and the shopping cart using the icon at the top right (present in the website header), here you can find the items you have added to your cart, click on the "view cart" button to view the order summary, don't worry, you can always modify and review the list of items you have selected and then proceed with the purchase. To complete the order and purchase the products, some data necessary to carry out shipments are requested, such as the address, name and surname and other information such as the tax code or VAT number if you wish to receive an invoice. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and may have different amounts based on location, the presence of promotional and seasonal offers, or subject to discounts and promotional codes (Click here for further details > sales contract) By clicking on the "Buy" button, your order will be prepared and carefully packed for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email and an email containing the shipping information and the tracking number generated by the courier (Click here for more details > Shipping > sales contract) To complete the purchase, select your preferred payment method, PayPal, credit card, it is also possible to pay by bank transfer, in this case an email will be sent with all the payment details.

Modify or cancel an order

It will not be possible to modify the order online once the payment has been made, however it is possible to contact Customer Service (write to and ask to cancel or modify the order or part of it. Order cancellation cannot be made if the order has already been produced (in the case of custom and made-to-measure products), furthermore it is not possible to modify or cancel the order if it has already been shipped (you will have to activate the request of return procedure, click here for more information> returns and refunds)

For all orders received, delivery is guaranteed within 10 working days from the date of purchase, for the Italian territory, for deliveries in the EU territory 15 working days. It is possible to request IID to collect the order on site by defining times and methods of transport.

Returns and refunds right of withdrawal

IID will only accept orders to be delivered in the Italian territory. AMR undertakes to deliver the goods, by courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of the order, within 45 days from the sending by AMR of the order confirmation e-mail to the CUSTOMER if the payment has already been carried out by the CUSTOMER; in any case AMR undertakes to deliver the goods within 45 days of the actual payment of the products. Upon receipt of the goods, the CUSTOMER is required to verify their integrity; if the CUSTOMER has doubts about the integrity of the same, he must indicate it on the delivery receipt, indicating written reserve or broken package and not collect the broken package, returning it to the courier. For each order placed on the website, AMR will issue an invoice for the goods shipped. The invoice will be sent by ordinary mail or by e-mail. The invoice will contain all the information provided by the CUSTOMER during the purchase procedure. After the invoice has been issued, it will no longer be possible to make any changes to the data indicated therein.

This site is secure, it uses SSL protocols and in the address bar you will find the padlock which confirms that the site is internationally certified. With regard to credit card payments, the site uses PayPal, one of the major worldwide gateways for online payments. Through PayPal you can make payments with all the most used credit, debit and prepaid cards of the Visa, Visa Electron, PostePay, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Aura circuits, with funds from your account if you already have a PayPal account and with the PayPal card. Security is guaranteed by the advanced technology used with data encryption on secure SSL servers. Always make sure you are browsing protected pages by looking at the address bar of your browser which must always show the padlock and each URL must always start with https:// both when you are on and when you are on the PayPal site for payment.
